European Stone Cottage

Completely off grid, with full solar arrays and battery banks, this newly built cottage also collects water from the rooftop to store in underground cisterns. Interiors boast vintage wood doors, Spanish terra cotta tiles, and marble floors. The exterior is clad with 5” thick, Tennessee field stone and the roof with spanish slate. Steel windows let in bright sunshine, and white oak cabinets and plaster walls provide plenty of interior warmth.
