Originally built in the 1800’s, this lovely home was in need of a major upgrade for a growing family, who wanted modern conveniences that the old foot print just couldn’t accommodate.

Adding 2500 sq ft. of living space to the back of this home on the national historic registry was no easy feat. And for a project that was completed over 17 years ago, it is still one of our favorites, as it has stood the test of time,

New bedrooms with ensuite baths, new kitchen, dining and living spaces, and a completely new back yard with pool and outdoor entertaining spaces were added, while existing baths and rooms were updated for cohesive style and livability.
